When I was at the casino in October, I heard that there could be a poker room at the casino very soon. However, I’ve seen posts on blogs dating back to 2005 saying the same thing. I’m wondering if there have there been any recent developments on this issue and what the cause of the delay is.

Electronic Texas Hold’em tables are going to be available really soon, about end of January of 2008. However, real poker with actual dealers will have to come later, no announcements have been made yet.

I was at the Casino recently and the hosts said that the poker rooms grand opening is scheduled for Jan. 19 2008
