I have a background check coming up for a casino dealer position. I was convicted of party to a crime: retail theft, when I was 14, now 24. Was with a buddy who tried to steal a $40 shirt. Nothing major since, alcohol possession and battery at 18, that’s it. Do I even have to report this?

Me and my buddy are pretty solid poker players (amateur, but better than the tourists who only watch on TV), and we are going to visit Atlantic City on either Friday afternoon or Saturday during the day (maybe both). I was just wondering if anyone has any opinions for the best casino?
Which casino has the best limit games, any tournaments on Friday night or Saturday morning, and finally, the best buffet (since we’ll be getting lunch or dinner in AC at some point). Thanks!

New regulations in the industry are defining how server supported gaming can come to the casino floor. In a fairy tale world, what would you want to do with this network if you could do anything you wanted?

When I was at the casino in October, I heard that there could be a poker room at the casino very soon. However, I’ve seen posts on blogs dating back to 2005 saying the same thing. I’m wondering if there have there been any recent developments on this issue and what the cause of the delay is.

I wouldn’t want to give my checking account number to anyone, but would you suggest a credit card is safe? Or do you send money from a credit card to a paypal or a net teller account? Or do you use these prepaid all access visa cards? And if you use the visa cards, can you buy these online, or where else do you buy them? Just curious, I might never gamble on line since it still seems riskier to me than a regular casino, but I’ve always been curious how people are doing this. Thanks!

I’m organising a casino event for my department (around 150 employees), we could hire a casino company to come in and organize everything, but this would cost over £700. Alternatively we could use existing casino tables that we have access too, and some volunteer employees could be the croupiers. Would a couple of hours practice be sufficient for a croupier to learn the ropes and be reasonably profficient?

Just wondering if the casino’s are active about trying to draw a customer base to their poker rooms? I’m’ from washington and I know a lot of the local casino’s have shut down their poker rooms because they are not profitable enough. Cheers for any help.

Just doing some curious research about the Atlantic City poker scene. Is there a site that reports which casino’s are the most trafficked for poker?

Also is there a casino that lets you play craps and count it for the paythrough multiplier. These casinos need to accept US players.
