Colorado Casino Says Slot Machine Malfunctioned; Woman Crying Foul, Hoping She’s Offered Settlement

ANDERSON, Ind. (AP) — The company that owns Indiana’s Hoosier Park casino and horse track and a Colorado casino has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Colorado gambling regulators have downgraded their estimate of how much casino-tax revenue will increase during the first year of higher limits, longer hours and new games, according to an online report by The Denver Post.
